Warranty Information


  1. All exchanges or returns must be made Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All exchanges or returns must be accompanied by receipt and returned in the same condition as purchased. There will be no refunds if a replacement part is available. All accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  2. Warrantor warrants engines, transmissions, rear end assemblies, and all mechanical parts for thirty (30) days. Extended warranties are available for purchase. Warranty is void if part is altered, disassembled, or overheated. In the event of a defective part, promptly notify the warrantor.
  3. Absolutely No Labor Warranties. We are not responsible for any labor charges incurred or any damages caused from installation, removal, or use of merchandise.
  4. If you purchased the wrong part, you must bring your original part for replacement. If we do not have the right part, you must have a salesman's signature for proof that we do not have the correct part.
  5. If you call this establishment with questions on your purchase, please provide the name of who you have spoken with.
  6. If you have requested and purchased an incorrect part, or a part you do not need, you will be issued a credit slip for the return. Credit slips may be applied to the purchase of the correct part. In the event of a price difference, you are required to pay the difference.
  7. All sales on body part are final. Body sections which have been cut-off to order cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  8. Exchanged parts must be turned in at time of purchase, or there will be a core charge applied. The core charge will be refunded if the exchanged parts are returned within seven (7) days. All core refunds are paid cash.
  9. Deposits on parts are non-refundable and are held for fourteen (14) days.
  10. No refunds will be issued for electrical parts, distributors, computers, wire harness, radios, etc.
  11. All refunds will be paid in the manner in which they were purchased, with the exception of cash purchases, in which case you will be refunded with a company check. Refunds to credit cards will be made to the credit card which was originally used, no exceptions.
  12. All freight charges are non-refundable, unless you are provided with a wrong or defective part and we are at fault. Freight WILL NOT be refunded if you order a part that you do not need.
